Gunjur association provides solar lights to households Africa » Gambia Friday, August 21, 2015 In an interview with The Point newspaper, the president of the association said the solar lights, made in Germany, can serve for sixteen hours. Ousman Bajor hailed ‘Dance two Learn’ for funding the solar lights, and Global Energy for paying the transport of solar lights to The Gambia. Mr Bajor promised that the association would do all it can and within its means to contribute to the development of Gunjur Kulukochi. The public relations officer of the association, Lamin Jassey, said the community is “happy” that the aims of the association are being actualised.
